The following tutorials should give the User a good introduction to the website and how to use it. Don't be afraid to experiment. You can delete posts as well!

The tutorials consist of a number of audio/visual presentations
(There is no need to adjust he sound - it's just my extremely charming native Northern Ireland accent)

At the bottom of the screen you'll find controls which will give you full control over pause, fast forward and you can move the slider back and forward as required. You can go back and start over or repeat sections.



The video player will start up in a separate window so that this can run while you try things out on the website.
