This is one of the easiest things to do

Go to YouTube.com and locate the video you want.



Locate the URL information and click to mark the URL information (turns blue)


Copy this - Ctrl+C (hold down Ctrl buttom and press the C button once).

Go to the New Post and locate the Video button



Press the Video button - a dialogue box appears



Paste in the URL information you copied from YouTube (Ctrl+V)



Press OK - your YouTube video should now be in the posting.

Press Preview and check that all is well before pressing Send
