| Dear All
I Didn't realise Until I had heard it on the radio. that the date changed to today. I posted the origanl offical link and it was dated 27th June.
I would like to wish all who are involved in events today all the very best with your event.
I would like to take this time today to say a big thank you to all thoose serving now so we may have the life we have today. And although it is National Armed Forces Day it is also Veterans day I would also like to say thank you also to thoose who served before and for the sacrifices they gave. And of course to all My Veteran Friends I still have today it is nice to know we are still a family and I think there is a bond that could never be broken.
And Please lets take time to remember thoose who made the Ultimate sacrifice. " We Will Remember them"
So what ever you are doing today I salute you all.
Yours Aye Rab

| Halifax did the boys proud, there was a veterans parade through the town at 11:45 then the countries finest regiment the Dukes marched at 12:45. Masses of people lined the route all cheering and clapping, the soldiers all had smiles on their faces and looked mighty proud.
Well done Halifax |
