I was a junior 'wafu' onboard around 85-87. I remember Korky well. 2nd scruffiest onboard (next to me), but good company down our mess, 3P2. Good mates with Fez Parker the ships phot and Shane O'Carroll. Any other lads from 3 papa 2 mess remember?
Sorry to see the Intrepid all bust up, sad to see.

I remember Korky, I was HQ1 Killick and used to make sure if I was a bit late coming off watch I had a good scoff, one of those characters that always comes to mind now and then. Hope he is alright wherever he is, one of those people you'll never forget.

George,

I've tried, he's become The Derbyshire Dog Whisperer and now only listens to Zeppelin his dog! Bloody good name for a dog though.
